One mailbox reaches the whole project. Write to info@positronic-ai.us for licensing, commercial builds, benchmark questions or partnership enquiries — there is no form, no ticket queue and no third party in between.

What to expect

Ways to reach us

Email

info@positronic-ai.us is the primary channel for everything: commercial licensing, proprietary builds, research questions and support for the open packages.

GitHub

github.com/ShingWong hosts the positronic engine, plugins, research and the sure stack. Issues and discussions are the right place for bugs and feature requests.

npm

npmjs.com/~shing.wong carries the published packages, including the dual-licensed positronic plugins and the MIT-licensed sure-* libraries.

Before you write

Useful things to include

For licensing

Tell us which packages you want, how the product is deployed, whether it is delivered as a network service, and whether the source must remain private. That is enough for us to confirm the AGPL or commercial path.

For commercial builds

Describe the target environment — including if it is an appliance or air-gapped network — the scale you expect, and any compliance regime that applies. iStrix engagements are scoped this way.

For research

Reference the benchmark, engine tag or paper section you are asking about. Figures on this site map to committed artifacts, so a specific pointer gets you a specific answer.

For support

Include the package and version from versions.json, your platform, and the command or verb that misbehaved. Reproducible reports are the fastest ones to answer.

Open source first

You may not need to ask

The engine, the plugins and the research repository are public. If your question is answered by a README, a paper or a benchmark artifact, those are faster than email and available right now.

The sure stack is MIT-licensed, so you can adopt it without any conversation at all. And the site itself publishes a machine-readable versions.json alongside a llms.txt, so agents can resolve current package status without scraping the markup.

When you do need us, the mailbox is info@positronic-ai.us.

Response expectations

This is a small team shipping continuously — every repository on the site sees regular commits. Licensing and commercial enquiries are handled personally rather than routed through a sales process, so a clear first message usually gets a clear first reply.

We do not run analytics or store form submissions, so email is genuinely the only way through.
